The reason for the SEASON

It is the season to give thanks to all and everything there is to be grateful for. The turkey has landed and we are now brainstorming to figure out what it is we really ought to be grateful for. This year I am grateful for LIFE and LOVE.

At work we wrote on our turkeys things we were grateful for, I wrote:
1. My BIG family
2. Michael Philip Peak
3. The Atonement
4. The Temple
5. The Ocean
6. Poke and Poi

Yesterday, we went to BLACK FRIDAY and then we went to an arcade. I haven't been to one since high school. I loved it!!! I wooped Micheal in the car game and then we played the alien shooting game. It was nerve wrecking.

Ahh the weekend is n0w coming to an end and we are going back to school on Monday...booooo!
But as an update, the BOYS are doing great, Kahuku won states and we have 21 beautiful days.

See ya round!

Bound for the Promised Land

Perspective my dear it's all elemental and therefore crucial to the heartbeat of life.

Tonight Michael and I walked to the Temple. We had a lot to talk about and I had a lot to think about. It's interesting how my love for him is expressed in such little but, to me, significant ways. Last Saturday he bought me a orchid plant because he had made me upset and wanted to apologize, I love this man. And then today he wrote me a long letter expressing his undying devotion. I love to look at him and think, "He is the man that was prepared for me to spend my eternities with. Good Job upstairs. I like him!" We laugh a lot and sometimes I think it's because we have so much to plan for that we haven't even touched yet. We fight rarely, but for the same reasons.

It's been tough, mostly because learning to the whole marriage thing is pretty stressful. And then on top of that being a trunky senior is not helpful. AUE! But some blessings have come in the form of two little angels. Man, I have the best nephews in the world. I love them dearly. I was up at Kahuku yesterday and I had fun trying to burp Ikaika, he didn't like me too much. But PC and I talked. I think I talked too much. Gosh I love that family! Iolakona slept the whole time I was there. PC liked that.

My dress came in, the weekend starts tomorrow and we are happy to be here on earth, to have the atonement and know how to use it and most importantly to have these experiences and learn these lessons so that we become like our Heavenly Father.

LOVE LIFE!!!

Ahh Good times!

Aloha!

Howz it people of the bloggin land! Well we just got back from Michael's mission reunion. It was awesome! I really loved being with those people. They are really good people and I felt really blessed. I got to meet the Ostlers for the first time. I promised them that I would let Mom and Dad know that I met them.....i just did! yay for FB!!!

Anyway, school is OK and today I was reminded again that it is important to stay in touch with people. That concept is so easy to forget. I guess it's easy to forget because I thought that I was getting tried of socializing. In fact I was tired because I wasn't making time to do that, so when I did meet people, I was tired!!!

Yeah I think I'm getting tired talking about it. Anyway, I need to keep my blog alive. It feels good to talk to no one but some one. I hope that made sense.

Mahalo,
